Day 5 Chemo 2. Mon. 08/14/2017 8:10PM
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Lord. Finally, I was able to have a good sleep last night. My Guardian woke me up with a very pleasant surprise. I was supposed to be the one to tell him how excited was I in having a fantastic rest. But he was way ahead of me. Since I was admitted until the present time his unwavering support to me never faltered. Not only to me but to my entire family as well. My 2 nieces were even recalling over dinner last night how good their Tito Jerome when he was here in the Philippines. “Thank you Jer. Words are not enough to express our gratitude, but this I tell you of how grateful we are, from the bottom of our hearts, from the Morata’s family we all say Thank you, Thank You, Thank You.”
Spending 5 days at home and being away from the clinic made me look forward of working again. Not only did I thought about it but also my secretary in the clinic who called me if I would be reporting today. I never wanted to fall short of my recovery so I made sure at least I get 1 whole week of complete rest. I then told my secretary that I had arranged everything already with Dr. Editha “BB” Tiu Vasquez who probably needed reminding the setup I asked of her yesterday.
In God’s Mercy, I resolved to be back to the grind of the clinic this coming Thursday and enjoy again serving my patients.
